Testing SAP conn using NIPING with SAPRouter

To test NIPING direct simply something like:

niping.exe -c -H ip.add.re.ss

In case to test with SAPRouter, its soemthing like:

niping.exe -c -H /H/202.171.46.160/S/3299/H/192.168.13.103/S/3200
